Joining the leading residential property team, who act on behalf of all of the top 10 housebuilders, you will be acting on behalf of individuals primarily, with a particular focus on the Help to Buy scheme. This role also includes the opportunity to support other areas of the department with the purchase and sale of new build plots, assignment of contracts, sub-sales, property finance and acting for developers on the disposal of new leases and completions.



The successful individual will have a minimum of 3 years’ Residential Conveyancing experience with the ability to manage a full caseload from instruction to completion. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey your knowledge efficiently to both colleagues and clients. A high level of accuracy, time management and planning skills are also essential in order to be successful within this role. You will be expected to manage a full caseload under challenging deadlines, thus, organisation is key.
