JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE
Our client is offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our client’s Stratford-upon-Avon office. The successful Residential Conveyancer will take on an existing caseload and progress these residential conveyancing files from the initial instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include a varies range of sale and purchase files, leasehold, re-mortgaging and some development work. The role will initially be stand alone, but it is intended that the appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for developing and growing this team, and promoting its success going forward.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have at least three years of experience gained within a residential conveyancing department ideally within the local area. It is hoped that the successful Residential Conveyancer with have a network of contacts and the ability to undertake successful business development. Our client is happy to consider applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers provided the applicant can demonstrate the technical capability, knowledge and business development ability to make a real success of this role. The role will initially be a stand alone role and, therefore, it is imperative that the appointed Residential Conveyancer is confident in their ability to work independently.
