JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE
SALARY: Dependent on experience
In response to a growing demand for their conveyancing services, our client’s property department has gone from strength to strength and, as such, they are looking to appoint an additional Residential Conveyancer to expand the offerings of the team. The successful Residential Conveyancer will take on an existing, busy caseload covering the sale and purchase of both leasehold and freehold properties. In addition, the appointed Residential Conveyancer will also assist on other matters including transfers of equity, buy to let properties, auction properties and probate sales. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a thriving department.
Our client is keen to receive applications from Residential Conveyancers who have at least two years of experience gained running their own busy caseload. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be expected to work independently or under little supervision, so the successful Residential Conveyancer should be confident in their ability to do this. Our client is happy to consider applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers as long as they can demonstrate the capability required to excel in the role.
