JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Nottinghamshire (Commutable of: Newark, Nottingham, Grantham, Lincoln, Southwell)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
Our client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a new build estates department. The successful Residential Conveyancer will take on their own caseload of new build cases and progress them from initial instruction through to post-completion. In addition, it is expected that the successful Residential Conveyancer will assist in the growth of the client base on behalf of the department and contribute towards business development initiatives.
Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer with at least two years of experience gained working within conveyancing. They are happy to consider applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers. The appointed Residential Conveyancer should have a wealth of knowledge sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity and ideally will have had experience of new build development work, however, this is not essential. The successful Residential Conveyancer should be able to demonstrate excellent client liaison/interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
