JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
SALARY: Highly Competitive + Bonuses
Within this role you will be responsible for responsible for managing a high caseload of New Build cases. You will be responsible for working on cases from inception to completion and will also be expected to carry out business development activities to engage existing and attract new clients. Responsibilities are to include; processing of instructions appropriately, assisting in marketing activities, supervise the work of more junior colleagues and secretaries, promote and support the firm and provide a profitable contribution to the firm and the team.
The successful individual will be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in conveyancing and prior experience with new builds. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages coherently to both colleagues and clients. You will also have excellent client care skills and will be able to implement your knowledge to ensure a first class legal service is provided.
