THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to come in and hit the ground running. Covering all aspects of residential property transactions you will be well placed to provide advice on sales and purchases, re-mortgages, equity release, and transfers of equity and lease extensions. In addition to handling your own caseload of residential property matters you will also be expected to get involved in winning new work through business development and networking activities.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience gained with another leading law firm. The firm is offering outstanding prospects for career development and is keen to hear from Residential Conveyancers who possess the capability to develop their own caseload of residential property matters as well as deal with the day to day responsibilities of attending networking and marketing events in and out of work time. Suitable Residential Conveyancers will be able to deal with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
