This growing firm are seeking to recruit a resilient and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer to join their Hertfordshire team, working on a mixed caseload of domestic property matters. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual with excellent client-care and interpersonal skills, as your role will involve much client-facing exposure. The successful candidate will work on a mixed caseload of residential development work, including collaboration agreements, development agreements, conditional options and transfers.
The ideal candidate will have gained around 4 + years’ experience in domestic conveyancing firm, and will have an excellent knowledge and passion for the sector. You will be a good listener with a personable and approachable nature, able to work cohesively in a team as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be eager and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to get involved in the team marketing and business development initiatives.
