JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer/ Fee-Earner
PQE REQUIRED: 1 - 8 years’
This specialist property firm deal with the full range of residential property matters, from inception through to completion. Continually expanding with large plans for future growth, they are now looking for hardworking and personable characters to come aboard their successful team. This is a varied role that can be tailored to the strengths of the individual: one-to-one training and support can be offered to the right junior candidate or paralegal until they are able to work under minimal supervision on their own caseload; yet senior candidates will be able to work without micromanagement on a varied domestic property caseload, or be part of the ‘New Build team’s’ inception.
The successful candidate will be an experienced conveyancer, fee-earner, CLC, ILEX or paralegal who has dealt with the full range of residential property matters in a previous position. You will be a friendly and dynamic individual and a true team player, dedicated and passionate about the aiding the growth of the firm. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to work to a deadline effectively.
