THE ROLE:

The appointed Residential Conveyancer will join a busy and successful team who require an additional member due to the increase in workload they have experience recently. They are always keen to ensure they continue to grow the team and as such, they are looking to appoint to a talented Residential Conveyancer to take on their own caseload. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will contribute to both the ongoing growing growth and fee income generated within the team.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have a number of years of experience working within residential conveyancing and will be proficient in their ability to handle their own caseload independently or under minimal supervision. The successful Residential Conveyancer will work well with clients and alongside other members of the residential conveyancing team.
