JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE
Our client is a multi office firm with a growing presence across South Wales. There is an existing caseload of residential conveyancing files to be taken over by the appointed Residential Conveyancer with the intention that the appointment of this role will kick-start the growth and development of this team. The successful Residential Conveyancer will lead the developing team and will be the driving force behind their future success. Although initially the appointed Residential Conveyancer will work independently, our client is keen to stress that they will sit as part of the wider office and there will be cross-office support where required. The existing caseload will consist of a range of residential conveyancing files including sale and purchase of residential property, leases, re-mortgaging and some development work.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have had a significant amount of experience working within another residential conveyancing department, and will be comfortable in handling their own case load and working independently. Ideally, our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancing who is ambitious and feels in a position to really develop their career within this area of law. Experience of business development and marketing will ideally be required, and some experience of supervision would be desirable although not mandatory,
