JOB TITLE:                              Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED:                     1 year+ PQE

THE ROLE:

Our client is a leading firm in Bristol and is now looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team.  The successful Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to mainly work on new build matters.  The appointed Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner will handle their own caseload progressing from initial instruction through to post completion.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is keen to receive applications from Residential Conveyancers with at least one year of experience gained handling their own caseload, in particular it is essential that the Residential Conveyancer has had some experience of new builds. The Residential Conveyancer should have some proven experience of business development and be prepared to undertaken marketing on behalf of the firm in order to win new business and build up close relationships with local agents.
