JOB TITLE:                                Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED:                     2 year+ PQE

LOCATION:                              Bristol

SALARY:                                    Dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

Our client is looking to continue to expand the offerings of their residential conveyancing department, due to an increased workload. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will handle their own caseload of conveyancer matters, progressing files from the initial instruction through to post completion.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Residential Conveyancer should have a solid amount of previous experience in conveyancing, be used to handling their own caseload, working independently and dealing with a busy caseload, often handling a number of completions at any one time. In addition, the candidate should ideally have experience of marketing and networking with local agents and have build up a network of contacts in the local area.
