An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading property team. In this role you will undertake a broad scope of residential property matters whilst demonstrating a tailor-made, proactive and commercial approach to your clients. Working as part of a team of leading Property Advisers, they pride themselves on the expertise offered by their residential conveyancing team, a division of the wider property department, creating a key differential to their competition whilst adding true value to their clients.



The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 5 years previous experience of working in a fee earning role and experience of running their own caseload. You should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase and re-mortgage matters.
