PQE REQUIRED: 2+ year PQE in handling residential property matters
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire (Commutable from: Ely, Thetford, Chatteris, March, Cambridge, Mildenhall)

Boosting a wealth of knowledge across the full remit of residential property law, this regional law firm is looking for an additional Residential Conveyancer to advise on all aspects of residential property transactions. The role of Residential Conveyancer will require the successful Residential Property Lawyer to advise on sales, purchases, shared ownership, remortgages and new build purchases. As the appointed Residential Conveyancer you will be responsible for handling your caseload of files from initial instruction through to completion and must be able to come in and hit the ground running.
In order to be considered for the role of Residential Conveyancer, you must have gained a minimum of 2+ years' experience within a reputable regional or city practice. The selected Residential Conveyancer will be able to provide assistance on all types of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, shared ownership and remortgages. This position would suit Residential Property Lawyers who are looking for a role which enables them to take on additional responsibilities and carve a successful career within this area of law.
