JOB TITLE:                     Regulatory Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         4+ years

LOCATION:                  Manchester

SALARY:                        Competitive, commensurate on experience

 

THE ROLE:

As a regulatory solicitor you will be joining one of the UK’s leading regulatory teams and will be acting on behalf of a number of high profile, household name clients. You can expect to be advising and representing clients in regulatory health and safety issues in both contentious and non-contentious contexts. You will be expected to keep abreast of any changes to relevant laws and regulations and to play an active role in the regulatory team’s business development work.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking to speak to talented and ambitious regulatory solicitors with at least four years PQE. We expect candidates to come from a City firm or large regional practice and have strong experience in criminal regulatory defence work. Experience in health and safety issues would be highly desirable.  Candidates must be technical astute with a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and awareness.
