JOB TITLE:                     Regulatory Fee Earner

PQE REQUIRED:         1+ year

LOCATION:                  Teesside

SALARY:                        Competitive, commensurate on experience



As a regulatory fee earner you will have full autonomy over your own caseload of regulatory and white collar crime work. The regulatory team deal with inquests by the police as well as health and safety and environmental regulators amongst a broad range of others. You can expect to be seeing cases through from cradle to grave and also representing and defending clients in Court. It is expected that you will build up your own network of refers and utilise this to contribute to the regulatory team’s business development.



We are looking for regulatory fee earners who ideally are qualified as legal executives. Candidates must have strong experience in handling their own caseload of criminal or regulatory work and experience in conducting their own advocacy. Impeccable litigation skills are a must as is an aptitude for building strong and fruitful working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
