JOB TITLE:                    Regulatory Advocate

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years

This interesting 12 month fixed term contract will see the appointed Regulatory Advocate take responsibility for a busy caseload comprising the investigation and evidence gathering relating to allegations of regulatory breaches.  This will involve advising Caseworkers and Casework Managers on the evidence required to enable effective case presentation.  Upon completion of investigation you will provide advocacy at internal committee, appeal courts and High Court, working closely with members of the team.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.



To be considered for the role you will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with in excess of 3 years practice experience.  Excellent experience of providing regulatory advocacy at all levels of hearing, including High Court.  The role will best suit a Solicitor or Barrister with extensive experience within a regulatory environment.
