JOB TITLE:                  Regulation Officer

SALARY:                     £32,000-£34,000



This is a pivotal role within our client’s regulatory functions. The successful Regulation Officer will report to the Regulation Manager and will be part of a team of seven. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, communicating our client’s regulatory function to internal and external enquirers, receiving and investigating complaints, providing support to the broader regulation team, and dealing effectively and efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders within the regulatory process.



The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. You are likely to have gained upwards of three years of experience within a demanding regulatory role and will have demonstrable experience of handling wide ranging and complex complaints from start to finish.


You will need to show that you are keen to support others and be flexible as no day is the same within our client’s Regulation Department.
