Joining a long-standing team of experts you will work as part of the development team to target three niche sectors. These include build to rent, student accommodation and retirement living, in order to expand the team’s practice areas beyond its already strong base. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experts whilst gaining invaluable experience within niche markets and gaining exposure to an untapped client base.
As the newly appointed Real Estate Solicitor, boasting a minimum of 6 years’ post qualification experience, you will have sound legal knowledge and the ability to implement this when providing a first class legal service. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently convey messages to colleagues and clients. Also, you will have a keen eye for detail, with the capability of managing a broad caseload under challenging deadlines.
