JOB TITLE:                  Real Estate Partner                   

PQE REQUIRED:         10+

THE ROLE:

Within the role of a Real Estate Partner you will conduct work around a variety of real estate issues including; acquisitions & disposals; commercial leases, landlord & tenant and secured lending. This  work will be carried out for a selection of high profile and loyal clients, and will include building and maintaining relationships through a variety of business development methods.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the newly appointed Real Estate Solicitor you will have prior experience within the commercial property sector and will have extensive knowledge to reflect this. You will have excellent organisational, planning and communication skills, allowing you to manage an extensive caseload and delegate work accordingly. Leadership skills and commercial acumen are also essential for this role.
