This is an exciting opportunity to join an expert Real Estate team at a top 100 London firm. Within this role, you can expect to be provided with an enviable caseload comprised of the highest quality work. Working within an established team, you can expect to deal with substantial transactions including: acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for varied use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases; joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options. This role will also enable you to work for a variety of clientele inclusive of commercial, not-for-profit, regulatory and personal clients.



As an experienced Real Estate Lawyer you will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with experience in contractual and commercial work. You will have an excellent commercial acumen and experience of commercial property work. You will also have an exceptional academic track record to support your legal experience. As a member of a highly successful law firm and Real Estate team, you will be bright, ambitious and determined to achieve results whilst being able to meet deadlines.
