Public Law Solicitor, Cambridgeshire – A unique opportunity has arisen for a well rounded Lawyer to join a leading law firm in Cambridgeshire and deal with a broad of matters including regulatory, public law and disputes.

JOB TITLE:                 Public Law Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:        2+ PQE

LOCATION:                 Cambridgeshire

SALARY:                    £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

The growing regulatory team is continuing to enhance their excellent reputation for the services they provide within this sector and as a result of the continued growth they now require a well rounded Lawyer to advise a broad range of clients on a varied caseload of data protection, judicial review, student immigration, regulatory powers and fitness to practice. Suitable Public Law Solicitors will be expected to advise higher education institutions, charities and a variety of other organisations on all types of matters related to public law, regulatory and dispute issues.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Barristers with at least 2 years experience in advising on all types of regulatory public law matters. Ideal Public Law Lawyers will have gained relevant experience within a reputable law firm renowned for their regulatory public law offerings and gained exposure to information law, public law issues as well as governance and regulatory powers.
