Property Locum, Leicestershire – 3+ years – Immediate start handling a mixed residential conveyancing and commercial property caseload – Call eNL on 0121 454 1004

THE ROLE:

A new, immediate start locum role has become available for a Property Locum to join a busy firm in Leicestershire.  Handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing and commercial property transaction from instruction through to post completion, you will hit the ground running in this on going locum role.  Although you will handle your caseload independently to friendly, established property fee earners will offer support from the start of the assignment.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed Property Locum will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with in excess of 3 years experience of handling a property caseload.  Excellent knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions is essential, as is a proven ability to quickly adapt to a temporary role.  You must be available to commence a new position immediately and commit on an on going basis.
