This excellent national firm are recognised by legal directories for their incredible client care service and the technical capability of their lawyers. Due to recent expansion, they are now looking to appoint a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team in their Surrey office. Working closely alongside the team and partners, you will be provided with a high quality standard of work arising from the firm’s well established and high net worth client base, working on behalf of housebuilders, developers and Plcs.



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of complex commercial landlord and tenant claims, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, cases involving right of first refusal and terminal dilapidations. You will be an organised and highly self-motivated individual, with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem solving. Experience in mediation is also desirable.
