SALARY:                      £50,000 - £90,000



This national firm are recognised by legal directories for their innovative and collaborative approach to working. Continually looking to expand and grow their services, the commercial litigation team of their Oxfordshire office is now looking to appoint a senior lawyer, who can work as a Property Litigator within the team. The appointed individual will work on a mixture of general commercial litigation, but with a focus on property matters, including boundary disputes and lease renewals. As a senior member of staff within this small team, you will be given staff mentoring and training responsibilities for the more junior members of the team.



The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 4 years’ + PQE within commercial litigation and will gained a broad exposure to property matters. You will be a personable and approachable individual and above all else a team player; as this dynamic firm are resolute in their ethos of collaborative working. The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be a keen business developer, able to cultivate and maintain client relationships well. You will also demonstrate an enthusiastic and upbeat outlook, able to inspire and lead others whilst remaining calm and collected in pressured situations.
