Working closely with the head of department, you will be expected to play a key role in developing the property litigation offerings within the Northamptonshire office. You will be expected to provide advice across the broad remit of property litigation including dilapidations, lease renewals and rent reviews. This is the perfect opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to really get stuck in and develop a thriving practice. You will be expected to business develop and come in and hit the ground running.



You will have the gravitas to come in from day one and get stuck in with developing the property litigation offerings within the local market. As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor you will be required to undertake business development activities to enhance the profile of the department on a professional level.  Ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have at least 5 years experience and self sufficent in handling all types of property litigation matters including but not limited to renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidations and landlord and tenant issues.
