JOB TITLE:                   Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:           5 – 7 Years

LOCATION:                   Northamptonshire

SALARY:                        £Excellent Package

OVERVIEW:

It is the largest Real Estate Litigation team within East Anglia and that size allows it to deliver real scope and depth to its client base. In tune with the locality, the client base is a mix of local corporates, rural land owners and high net worth individuals with large portfolios. The team undertakes commercial portfolio related disputes and estate management matters. It is well versed in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, acting for both landlords and tenants and is able to offer tactical advice to minimise risk and ensure costs are proportionate. The team also regularly acts for residential and commercial developers and has particular expertise in relation to easements, restrictive covenants and land registry related problems. It is also particularly well known for its agricultural expertise. With a solid reputation in the regions in which they work and with the recent addition of a base in the City of London, the work levels for the Team have grown.

 

PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR:

The level of expertise required and the nature of the firms client base means that the successful Property Litigation Solicitor will  likely  have around 5 – 7 years PQE and be able to demonstrate an excellent academic record in advance of a training contract with a firm with at least a similar profile and with relevant experience since qualification. The ability to delegate appropriately and to supervise, is essential. Business development activity at this level of appointee is a key part of the role.
