JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-2 years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a property litigation solicitor you will be joining one the country’s leading team’s in this field. You can expect to be working on behalf of a broad range of clients including landlords, developers, local authorities and public sector bodies. On a day to day basis you will be working on dilapidations, break notices, land registration disputes, possession claims, rent recovery, service charge issues, restrictive covenants and property related insolvency matters.
We are looking for talented and ambitious property litigation solicitors anywhere within their first two years after qualification. Candidates must have strong grounding in property litigation law. NQ candidates with more general commercial litigation experience who are looking to specialise in this exciting and dynamic area of law are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have excellent commercial and negotiation skills and a clear aptitude for developing fruitful working relationships with clients as well as their fellow team members.
