A new vacancy has arisen to work closely with the Partner in the property litigation and leasehold enfranchisement department of this central London firm. You will be handling a mixed bag including (but not limited to): commercial property litigation - break notices, dilapidations, termination/forfeiture, LTA 1954 Act claims, CRAR; leasehold enfranchisement - notices under LRHUDA 1993 and LRA 1967, tribunal applications and hearings, negotiation and drafting of leases; residential property disputes - boundaries, rights of way, nuisance, mortgage possession.
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be from newly qualified up to 4 years’ PQE and must be willing and able to undertake most of the work with minimal supervision, but training/supervision will be given wherever needed. The ideal candidate will also be willing and eager to take on business development and attend marketing events, write articles and generally be involved in marketing the department and the firm.
