JOB TITLE:                   Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         10+

LOCATION:                  Liverpool

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience

THE ROLE:

As a property litigation solicitor you can expect to be working on behalf of a broad range of clients including retailers, landlords, developers, local authorities and public sector bodies. On a day to day basis you will be working on dilapidations, break notices, land registration disputes, possession claims, rent recovery, service charge issues, restrictive covenants and property related insolvency matters. As an experienced property litigation solicitor you will be expected to play a significant role in the team’s business development work.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for experienced property litigation solicitors with at least ten years PQE. All candidates must have a strong understanding of property litigation although candidates from a more general commercial litigation background will be considered. Candidates must have excellent commercial and negotiation skills and a clear aptitude for developing fruitful working relationships with clients as well as their fellow team members.
