JOB TITLE:                   Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         10+ years

As a senior property litigation solicitor you will be have full autonomy over your own high value caseload. You can expect to be working on behalf of a broad range of clients including retailers, landlords, developers, local authorities and public sector bodies. On a day to day basis you will be working on dilapidations, break notices, land registration disputes, possession claims, rent recovery, service charge issues, restrictive covenants and property related insolvency matters.



We are looking for experienced property litigation solicitors with at least ten years PQE. We are also happy to consider high calibre candidates with more general commercial litigation experience who are looking to specialise. The successful candidate will be hard working and reliable with the ability to successfully manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision from partners. Candidates must have excellent commercial and negotiation skills and a clear aptitude for developing fruitful working relationships with clients as well as their fellow team members.
