JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-2 years
A recently qualified Property Litigation Solicitor is sought to join this leading property disputes team. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will advise a broad range of clients such as retailers, developers, financial institutions and major plcs, assisting senior Solicitors as well as handling your own caseload of files. Your work will include all aspects of disputes connected with landlord and tenants such as leases, development and rent reviews.
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have up to around 2 years PQE gained in another leading national or regional law firm and should have good inter-personal skills, strong academics and a commercial approach to their work alongside strong technical skills. 2018 qualifiers are encouraged to apply - you must have spent at least 1 seat of your training contract within the property litigation team of a top 100 law firm.
