JOB TITLE:                      Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:          1-8 PQE

THE ROLE:

The role of the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be to act on behalf of a range of clients across a plethora of sectors and offer sound, expert advise on both residential and commercial disputes as well as development work. The role also entails the successful Property Litigation Solicitor to offer advise on tenant litigation, business lease renewals, break notices, possession claims, service charge issues and tenant default.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have gained some excellent previous experience in this field. Our client has also identified that they are looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor who is entrepreneurial in nature as well as being able to work independently and as part of a wider team. It has also been made clear that the duly appointed candidate must be comfortable with building and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients and to take a proactive stance in regards to networking events.
