This well-established Central London legal practice are looking for a talented and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team. Working closely alongside the existing team, you will support the partner on a mixed caseload of property disputes matters, providing advice to clients on construction contract disputes, rights to light claims, restrictive covenants, lease break issues, rent review, forfeiture, insolvency, professional negligence and dilapidations.



The ideal candidate will be a confident and outgoing individual, with an energetic enthusiasm; passionate about this area of law and keen to network and grow the current business. You will be a solid team player, able to work collaboratively with others; unafraid of asking for support where necessary. The successful candidate will have gained between 0 – 2 years’ PQE within a reputable city or regional firm, and will have gained good exposure to commercial landlord and tenant issues, such as business lease renewals, debt recovery and forfeiture/relief from forfeiture.
