THE ROLE:

Are you well versed in all aspects of property litigation? In need of a new challenge within a well regarded law firm renowned for the services they offer across a broad range of sectors. As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor you will be joining a team which covers the broad remit of property litigation work including dilapidations, lease extensions, breaches of covenant, adverse possession and landlord and tenant issues. The growing property litigation team is well versed in all aspects of property litigation and are looking to capitalise on their recent successes through the recruitment of a Property Litigation Solicitor.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Solicitors with up to 2 years experience in dealing with all aspects of property litigation matters. Dealing with all aspects of property litigation you will be expected to provide support to others within the team on a variety of property litigation matters. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you must be able to work within a thriving and busy team as well as play a supportive role in business development and networking activities. Boosting strong academics and good technical skills you will be able to provide support to the busy transactional team. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will ideally have completed at least one seat within property litigation / commercial litigation.
