This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving team. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have experience of working on all types of Property and Commercial Litigation matters, including commercial landlord & tenant, enfranchisement, possession proceedings, insolvency and enforcement. The team are a strong and motivated group and take pride in their expedient resolution of Litigation matters. You will be required to manage cases from start to finish working to strict deadlines proficiently.



Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors who have either recently qualified as a solicitor and are looking to pursue a career in property litigation law or be already practicing in property litigation with another leading law firm and keen to embark on a new challenge. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should be experienced in most aspects of litigation and specifically landlord & tenant matters and general commercial litigation matters. You will have a strong academic background, along with outstanding inter-personal and communication skills. Demonstration of excellent levels of client contact and responsibility or running own caseload is essential, coupled with active participation in business development events and activities.
