JOB TITLE:                  Property Litigation Paralegal

PQE REQUIRED:         At least 2 years experience in property litigation

LOCATION:                  Manchester

SALARY:                        £Competitive

 

 

THE ROLE:

The appointed Property Litigation Paralegal will join a busy, specialist team and will be working on a wide range of property disputes advising client in both the public and private sectors. You will be involved in all stages of the litigation process including drafting court proceedings and statements, preparing trial bundles and preparing cases for Trinbunal. You will be dealing with clients

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Property Litigation Paralegal will have at least 2 years experience gained within a leading national or regional law firm. You will have a proven track record in property litigation and ideally some exposure to leasehold management. You will be a law graduate with a first class academic track record and a long term focus to work within the sector. The Property Litigation Paralegal will be pro-active and self motivated, able to work equally effectively independently as well as in a team.
