JOB TITLE:                              Property Litigation Paralegal     

PQE REQUIRED:                  1 year+ experience

The appointed Property Litigation Paralegal will primarily work on all litigation aspects of lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. This will include the opportunity to assist on all stages of the litigation process including drafting claim forms, liaising with legal representation for the other side and communicating with the clients. In addition, the successful Property Litigation Paralegal may be asked to assist on other types of cases including undertaking research and managing court timetables.



The ideal Property Litigation Paralegal with have at least a year of experience gained working within a legal environment. Our client is also happy to consider applications from Legal Executives if this is a role they feel is suited to their experience.  Some experience working in property or litigation would be a district advantage, although this is not a necessary requirement. The successful Property Litigation Paralegal with work well in a team, as well as have the determination and commitment to work successfully independently.
