An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented property lawyer to play a key part in the development of a rapidly expanding commercial and residential property team. Your caseload will cover the full spectrum of both commercial property and residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold properties, unregistered property, new builds and landlord and tenant matters. You will be expected to play a key role in the property team’s business development work and in time to grow and manage your own team of fee earners.



We are looking to speak to ambitious property lawyers with a demonstrable drive to really contribute to the development of this firm’s property team. Candidates must be qualified as either a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least three years PQE and experience in handling both commercial and residential property files. Strong technical skills as well as an aptitude for commercial awareness and client management are a must.
