JOB TITLE: Property Development Solicitor

The successful Property Development Solicitor can expect to join a supportive and innovative team, which continues to build on its recent successes and growth over the last few years. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include acting for both landowners and developers in relation to site acquisitions and disposals, site set ups and mixed-use development projects. You will as the appointed Property Development Solicitor be working alongside the Commercial Property Lawyers and gaining exposure to agriculture, residential development and strategic land matters.
The ideal Property Development Solicitor will have a strong background with at least 2+ years PQE gained within a firm who are renowned for their Property Development services. Ideally you will be a property solicitor with a good grounding in property transactions from start to finish. You should be able to demonstrate experience in acquisitions, disposals, strategic land matters and other general commercial property work. You will be an ambitious individual who has a genuine desire to develop your career within property development law. You will be comfortable taking on responsibility and building close client relationships, providing a fist class service offering practical solutions to technical problems and translating complex issues into accessible and clear advice.
