This highly regarded professional regulatory team has a national profile, providing advice and assistance in all areas of regulatory practice. The team comprises Partners, Barristers, Solicitors and Paralegals all of whom specialise in professional regulatory work. In order to service an ever increasing workload, they are now seeking a Barrister or Solicitor with at least 3 years' post qualification experience and who has significant relevant experience in professional disciplinary case management, procedure and advocacy.  Experience in preparing and presenting complex clinical substantive hearings before Fitness to Practise Committees is essential.



The successful Professional Regulatory Lawyer will be confident and personable with an ability to build good client rapport and relationships. You should have solid academics and an eagerness to get involved in practice development. Above all you should possess solid advocacy skills with a professional regulatory background.
