An opportunity has arisen within a thriving private client department for a well rounded Private Client Lawyer to provide advice on a variety of private client matters. This is an exceptional position for a Private Client Lawyer who feels that their current practice lacks focus and direction. The private client team is looking for a Private Client Lawyer to advise on all types of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estates and Court of Protection matters. They are looking for proactive individuals who have a sound commercial approach and possess the ability to build strong client relationships.



Private Client Lawyers will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in handling their own caseload of private client matters including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Estates, Trusts, Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax Planning. With a solid background within private client, you will have gained relevant experience within a well regarded practice who are committed to their private client offerings.
