Full service law firm requires an ambitious Private Client Lawyer to deal with a full and varied caseload of private client matters. The role will require the appointed Private Client Lawyer to deal with all types of private client matters on behalf of high net worth clients including complex trust work, Powers of attorney, Probate, tax planning, Wills and Court of Protection matters. Working alongside a number of private client lawyers who come highly recommended for the private client advice they provide, you will be gaining exposure to a high quality and diverse caseload of private client matters.
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives who possess a minimum of 2 years experience in dealing with private client matters. Ideal Private Client Lawyers will have proven technical expertise covering the full remit of private client and will have also advised some high net worth clients on matters. You will be able to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters and possess a real passion and desire to drive the firm and department forward.
