SALARY:                      Dependant on experience

A fast growing law firm has a requirement for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the expanding private client department in Norfolk. The long established team has a wealth of expertise which covers the broad spectrum of private client law including court of protection, wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, inheritance tax and succession planning. The well regarded department is in need of additional support to assist with the increase of instructions within the local market.


Astute with a sound understanding of all aspects of private client law, the successful individual will either be a qualified solicitor or an experienced legal executive seeking a new challenge. With an excellent working knowledge, the ideal Private Client Solicitor will be able to handle their own caseload of matters including wills, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work. Boosting first class client care skills you will be able to provide a practical approach to a varied client base. Working as part of such a successful team you will be self motivated and be able to come in and hit the ground running. Less experienced candidates may be considered for this role however you must be able to demonstrate a strong background in private client law.
