Joining a highly successful private client team you will be responsible for a number of tasks including; drafting of wills, codicils and deeds of variation, preparing lasting powers of attorney, probate applications, deputyship applications to the court of protection and the participation in networking and business development activities. This role also provides the opportunity for fantastic billing and career progression.



The successful individual will have a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience within wills, trusts and probate work and will be confident in their ability to provide a first rate legal service in this sector. You will have excellent communication skills and unrivalled client care. You will also be a confident individual and will be able to carry out business development activities on behalf of your team and the firm.
