A new position has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join an expanding private client team within a well regarded practice. The role will cover the full remit of private client law including wills, trusts, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Tax Planning matters. The firm are looking for Private Client Lawyers who are looking for the chance to join a reputable firm and handle their own caseload of private client related matters. The ideal Private Client Solicitor will have a good knowledge of private client law matters and be able to work alone as well as part of a team.
The successful Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will have a minimum of 1 years' PQE and will be comfortable managing their own caseload of private client files. You will be a strong team player with a proven track record of dealing with all areas of private client law. As the appointed Private Client Lawyer you must have excellent client liaison skills and possess good networking skills.
