THE ROLE:

This leading, regional Top 100 law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join their busy private client team on the beautiful coast of Dorset. You will be responsible for the full range of private client work including wills, probate, tax and trusts as well as get involved in business development. You will work to billing targets and will be comfortable dealing with clients face to face.  You will be expected to lead the way in terms of marketing, business development and personal development of more junior members of the team.  This is an first-class opportunity to take the next step in your legal career with a clear view of progression to partnership, not to be missed if you are a solicitor looing for a change of setting and to enhance your career.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the successful Private Client Senior Associate will have at least 5 years' PQE and will be comfortable handling your own caseload of matters. You should be able to demonstrate some solid private client experience gained with another reputable private client team and have previous experience of managing other members of a team, being able to inspire individuals and lead from the forefront.
