JOB TITLE: Practice Manager (maternity cover)
EXPERIENCE: 3 years+
LOCATION: West Midlands
This interesting and challenging role will see the appointed Practice Manager take responsibility for the smooth running of a friendly, successful legal practice for 6 months with the potential to lead to a permanent role. Your varied responsibilities will include dealing with enquiries, compliance matters, office expenditure (including wages), supply ordering and dealing with staff matters. This role is offered on a part-time basis and is viable on either a 4 or 3 day a week basis with hours to fit around your commitments. There is the possibility for a longer term engagement for the right candidate.
The firm is particularly interested in speaking to you if you are a Practice Manager with in excess of 3 year experience of running a busy legal office. You will have prior experience of managing HR issues, processing accounting matters and managing support staff. This role will best suit you if you are looking for a flexible role to work around family commitments and would relish the opportunity to show your skills and assist with the growth of an ambitious firm.
