Due to the increase in workload, a new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Planning Lawyer to join a well regarded law firm in the West Midlands. Working as part of a large team, you will handle a broad range of planning matters and assist with applications for major infrastructure projects. The work includes but is not limited to drafting development consent orders, planning agreements, statements of common ground, compulsory acquisition, reviewing environmental statements and project management. The team's clients are spread across the renewables sectors and other private sector energy and transport infrastructure providers.



The successful individual will have gained some solid training and at least 4+ years PQE with another leading practice. You will have had exposure to a broad range of planning work, ideally from a large regional or City firm, have excellent drafting skills, a true interest in and experience of infrastructure related work and a commitment to building a career in planning. This is an exciting role offering an unrivalled opportunity to work on premium level planning work outside of the City.
