A leading Legal 500 practice in Surrey are currently looking to recruit a NQ - 2PQE Solicitor or qualified CILEx Lawyer to join it’s team of experts in their Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence team.  This role will see you assist and handling a caseload of claimant personal injury/clinical negligence matters claims which may include claims arising from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, birth injuries, head injuries and spinal injuries.  For the right candidate the role offers a varied, challenging and rewarding career with excellent prospects.



As the successful candidate you will either a be a newly qualified solicitor or posses up to 2 years PQE experience in Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence law, ideally claimant.  Skills required will include teamwork, initiative, great communication and self-management, flexibility, a 'can do' attitude, an enthusiasm to learn new things and the ability to be an impressive ambassador for the Department and firm. You have the ability to confidently manage your clients matters to a successful conclusion by reference to their objectives and financial expectations and demonstrate a keen commercial acumen and understand the need to provide 'added value' to clients.
